Looking Back, Looking Forward
Hello again!
I know it probably seems like I say this a lot, but…it really has been an incredible couple of weeks! In addition to all of the great gigs over the past few weeks, this was my first time actually living in New Orleans for Mardi Gras (in the Marigny, no less). I feel confident in saying that there’s nothing else like it in the world, just like there’s nowhere else like this city.
Tuesday’s show with Simon Lott was a blast! Always such a cathartic experience. I think of it as like therapy—it certainly is for the two of us, anyway, and we can only hope that we provide something therapeutic to our audience members as well. I will have audio from our three most recent shows posted ASAP (that’s one of my projects for the weekend), so I hope you’ll keep your ears open for that.
As usual, I’ll list the public shows I have coming up for the next week or so. I hope to see you out there!
